Guided Hill Walks
Walking in the upland areas of the UK has been a life long love. More recently accompanied by Ruby (the walking dog!), we have spent time exploring our great National Parks.

In the near future we hope to offer "Walks with Ruby" - a guided walking service across the dales and vales of our great county of North Yorkshire, specialising in walks for dogs and their owners - although those without four legged friends are more than welcome too!

I am currently undertaking my Mountain Leader course to ensure we comply with our insurer's needs, as well as the complete safety of our clients. In the meantime if you are interested in this service, or would like to join us on one of our rambles, please contact us with your details and we will keep you posted of our intended walk locations.

You can see some of our walks on the You Tube videos below.

Yorkshire Wolds

  1. Crummack Dale
A delightful quiet walk set in the heart of 3 peaks country within the Yorkshire Dales providing classic scenery
  2. Round Hill
At 454m Round Hill is the highest point on the North Yorkshire Moors. Whilst it is no mountain, our route use the "The Incline" - a former railway line serving the mines in Rosedale - which is enough of a challenge for most ordinary folk!
  3. Nidderdale Round
A grand walk around Nidderdale - off the main tourist track but a beautiful area of the Yorkshire Dales National Park.
  4. Meeting of the Ways
This walk takes you on both the Dales Way and Pennine Way right in the heart of the Yorkshire Dales
  5. Spaunton Moor
Southern North Yorkshire Moors walk around the beautiful village of Hutton le Hole
  6. Ne4wlands Horseshoe
Classic Lakeland walk around the Newlands valley.
  7. Coledale Round
A hard but not technically difficult Lakeland walk with spectacular views
  8. Fan Brycheiniog & the Magic Lake
Stunning walk set in the Western end of the Brecon Beacons
